VA COVID-19 Compliance Deadline for Employers

Virginia employers, is your business prepared to comply with the new mandatory COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard by the August 26, 2020 deadline?  If not, we are pleased to offer you a 10% discount from a service that can help.

On July 15th, Virginia adopted the COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard.  The Standard establishes mandatory requirements for employers to control, prevent, and mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

ALL Virginia Employers MUST comply with the Emergency Temporary Standard by August 26th (for applicable employers, the Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan must be in effect by September 25th).  Compliance requires implementing written policies, procedures and employee training.  Failure to comply could result in fines as high as $135,000.00 for repeat or willful violations.

Working with Business Compliance, LLC, General Counsel, P.C. (a law firm we trust and work with frequently) has developed the COVID-19 Virginia Emergency Standard Forms Generator to help Virginia Employers easily (and inexpensively) comply with these standards.

Davis Law is pleased to offer current and former clients the opportunity to receive a 10%  percent discount on the VES Forms Generator.  Simply use the discount code DAVISLAW (ALL CAPS) to receive the 10% discount.
