Jonathan Turner

Jonathan is an estate planning and transactional business law attorney.

He has a passion for helping individuals, business owners, and families protect their assets and plan for their future. As an estate planning attorney, Jonathan is dedicated to providing his clients with personalized and comprehensive legal services. Because every client has unique needs and goals, Jonathan helps our clients with customized estate plans that protect their assets, minimize taxes, and ensure their wishes are carried out.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in History and German from Covenant College, and his Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. During his time at Regent, Jonathan received a book award in his Estate Planning course – having received the highest grade in the class. Furthermore, Jonathan was actively involved with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. In addition to serving as Vice Chairman of the Executive Board, he won a national negotiation competition, was a finalist in the American Bar Association Regional Negotiation Competition, and received the Alternative Dispute Resolution Award upon graduation – presented to the graduating student who demonstrated the highest degree of excellence in alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, he served as Staff Editor for Regent Law Review, and was a member of the Honor Council.

Prior to joining Davis Law, PLC, Jonathan worked for a year as a business litigation attorney at a top 50 U.S. law firm, with a focus on consumer financial services litigation.
