Destinee Byers joined Davis Law as an intern in 2017 and as as associate attorney in 2019. Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Destinee graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Justice, and Society from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her Law degree at Regent University School of Law.
Prior to joining Davis Law, Destinee worked as a legal intern for the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and as a student worker for the Institute for Conflict Management. At Regent University School of Law, she was a Themis Bar Review Student Representative and was involved in the Federalist Society, Christian Legal Society, Mock Trial, and the Center for Global Justice.
Destinee’s practice area is focused on commercial litigation and intellectual property management.
